Short version: the only thing this site collects is an email address, and only if you type one in.

What we collect

If you submit the newsletter form, we store the email address you entered. Nothing else. We do not ask for your name, we do not profile you, and we do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this site.

Where it goes

Your address is stored with Brevo, our email provider. It is used to send occasional updates about Codex: Eternal Eclipse. We do not sell, rent, or share the list with anyone else.

Third parties on this page

• YouTube — the trailer only loads once you press play. Until then, no request is made to YouTube. When it loads, it uses youtube-nocookie.com, which limits tracking.
• Google Fonts — serves the typefaces used on the site.
• Netlify — hosts the site and keeps standard server logs.

We do not set any advertising or analytics cookies ourselves.

Getting off the list

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also write to us and we will remove you, along with any record of your address. If you are in the EU or UK, that includes your right to access, correct, or delete your data under GDPR.
